Shipping Policies
We print all of our shirts in house in the U.S.A.
You can expect your order to arrive in about 5 to 7 business days if not less.
*If you are ordering Custom Shirts for a Unit. Please note the print date on the page where you are ordering.
These are usually a pre order, and it may take up to 4 weeks for you to receive your items.
Shipping to APO, FPO: You bet! We ship anywhere our Troops are stationed.
Returns:
Just contact us via email. All returns need be confirmed in advance by sending us an e-mail that includes the details of the merchandise to be returned and reason for return. That way we know what to expect when we receive your items in the mail.
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as it is in new condition or for exchange if it is damaged or defective. Any returns accepted after 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection by Coolmilitary.com prior to exchange and/or refund being made. For your protection, please send your return package prepaid and insured via US mail or UPS.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Special orders are non-refundable.
Our shirts are printed to order. If you find something wrong with your items, we offer a full replacement at no charge. If you have a sizing issue, please contact us. We will be more than happy to make things right.
